Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Anything & Everything Home Improvement LLC (“A&E Home Improvement”) collects when you use this site or request a quote, how we use it, and your choices.
Last updated: June 2026
Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request or vendor application, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project address, and a description of the work. Vendor applicants may also submit a completed W-9, which contains tax identification information. We also collect basic analytics about how visitors use the site. Some of this analytics is cookie-free (Vercel Analytics); Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and how the site is used. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
We also keep short diagnostic records of how the site itself behaved — the pages visited in a single browsing session, which form or chat steps were reached, and any errors encountered — so we can find and fix problems that stop people from reaching us. These records use a random session identifier stored in your browser that is erased when you close it.
Those records also include your IP address, the approximate location it indicates (typically the town or region, not a street address), the type of device and browser you used, and the site or ad that referred you. We use this to understand where our visitors are and how they found us, and to recognize a visit that may relate to an inquiry we receive. The session identifier does record whether a visit ended in a form being submitted, so a visit can be connected to the fact that you contacted us — but these records never contain what you typed. Your name, phone number, email address, and project address are held with your inquiry, not in these records. We do not sell this information. It is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your quote request and manage your project as a lead in our CRM
- To generate a preliminary, non-binding estimate range where applicable
- To understand and improve how visitors use the site
Third Parties We Share With
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate our business:
- JobTread — our CRM, where leads, projects, and vendor records (including W-9s) are managed
- Anthropic (Claude API) — to power the site chat assistant
- Vercel Analytics — anonymous, cookie-free usage analytics
- Google Analytics — traffic and usage measurement (uses cookies)
- New Relic — error and performance diagnostics for the site itself
- Cloudflare Turnstile — to protect forms from spam and abuse
- Google Maps Platform — to look up and standardize the addresses you enter in our forms or chat
- Mailtrap — to email your request, job application, or vendor application to our office, and to send you a confirmation
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. Sensitive vendor records — including W-9s, which contain tax identification information — are stored in our CRM (JobTread), and access is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take protecting your information seriously, we can't guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain lead and project information in our CRM for as long as needed to serve you and meet business and legal requirements. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's standard settings.
Requesting Deletion
You can ask us to delete the personal information you've provided at any time. Call us at 603-455-0221 or use our contact form and we'll remove it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.
Your Rights
New Hampshire residents may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information they've provided. To make a request, call us at 603-455-0221 or use our contact form. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults seeking home-improvement services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
